After you complete the form, if you have not yet spoken to Dr. Halleron, you’ll receive a free 20-minute phone consultation with Dr. Halleron to ensure our services are a good fit for your needs. Expect a call within 1-2 weeks.

At the end of the pre-enrollment form, you’ll be asked to provide your payment details. However, your card will not be charged unless you decide after the free consultation that you want to move forward with our services. After your enrollment is confirmed, you will receive a welcome email which includes a link to additional forms that will need to be signed before your appointment. This includes a privacy policy and consent to treat. If you have not gotten this, please check your junk email.
